These pivotal roles are essential in ensuring smooth and profitable kitchen operations for our village. All positions are fly-in-fly-out (FIFO) roles departing from Adelaide or Port Augusta. About the Roles Head Chef: Salary: $124k Super on all hours worked, fortnightly pay Roster: 8:6 FIFO Responsibilities: Work closely with Village & Catering Managers, manage kitchen operations, ensure exceptional food delivery, oversee ordering, storing, preparing, and delivering food service, manage client relationships, and support. Sous Chef: Salary: $110k Super on all hours worked, fortnightly pay Roster: 2:1 FIFO Responsibilities: Assist Head Chefs, manage kitchen operations, ensure smooth service, oversee ordering, profit and wastage reporting, and support client relationships. Line Chef: Salary: $105k Super on all hours worked, fortnightly pay Roster: 2:1 FIFO Responsibilities: Assist the kitchen team in preparing and cooking for various meals and functions, ensure smooth and profitable kitchen operations, oversee batch/bulk cooking for large groups.
